Apply one layout choice to a queue of PDFs on a Mac.

Mac

This task is available only on the Mac.

Steps

  1. Choose Do the Same to Many Files on the Mac.

  2. Add PDFs or add a folder. A folder adds the PDFs directly inside it and reports files it could not use.

  3. Choose Several Pages per Sheet, Print as a Booklet or Make Pages the Same Size.

  4. Choose the settings that should apply to every document in the queue.

  5. Choose whether the run should note a failed file and continue, or stop at the first failure.

  6. Choose the destination folder and start the run. You can stop while it is working.

  7. The results are saved in their own dated ExplorePDF folder inside the destination you chose. Existing files are not replaced.
